I support clients to navigate the many changes and challenges that new/early parenthood can bring to their relationship.

There are so many things that the transition to new parenthood can bring, with much less time, energy, or emotional space to talk about them or navigate them. Couples want to feel united, supported, and appreciated when navigating new or growing family changes, and yet are at their most vulnerable for feeling unappreciated, lonely, or resentful.

I additionally hold a certificate in training regarding the treatment and diagnosis of perinatal mood disorders and maternal mental health.
